Graphic Designer
About the position
The role is for a creative print designer to ideate and execute print designs for a variety of applications. As a print designer, you will collaborate with the design team, create digital graphic design mock-ups. and assist in overseeing the final printing process. To ensure success as a print designer, you should have a good understanding of color calibration and technical printing standards. A skilled print designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to create designs for a variety of printed mediums.
Vivo is a growing business and this is a working leadership role with a combination of conceptualizing, supervision, oversight, and hands-on work. The role entails managing day-to-day responsibilities duties that support your team accordingly to meet their objectives, as well as planning & organizing, ensuring that all the trackers are updated on a daily basis, inspiring the team while holding them accountable.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating design team to define design briefs and requirements.
- Work closely with the digital team lead and trend researcher to propose print options and colorways.
- Assist in implementing feedback revision and creating final designs for printing.
- Assist in reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
- Overseeing the printing process to ensure color quality and consistency.
- Assist in keeping up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and printing standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned and apparent.
