Welders

Our client is seeking for skilled and detail-oriented Welders to join their growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience in various welding techniques, a strong understanding of safety procedures, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The job is located in Dubai and the salary is equivalent to 64,000 Kenyan Shillings per month.

Duties and responsibilities of Welders

• Performing welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding techniques as required
• Interpreting and following technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Inspecting welds for accuracy, strength, and conformance to specifications
• Operating welding and fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Following safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
• Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines
• Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment
• Cleaning, cutting, and positioning metal components for welding using grinders, saws, or torches.
• Keeping records of materials used, hours worked, and project completion.
• Fixing defects or inconsistencies in welds as needed.
• Working in compliance with health and safety regulations; wear PPE (gloves, helmets, goggles, etc.).
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
• Reporting any defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements of Welders

• Proven experience as a welder
• Certification from a welding program or technical school is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of metals and their properties
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety
• CV and Academic Certificates
• Valid Travel Transport
• Police Clearance Certificate

 Working Conditions:

• Physical work in a shop or outdoor setting
• May involve lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
