Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Assistant, USAID/Kenya Health Supply Chain Third Party Monitoring (Kenya TPM) Nairobi, Kenya (Local) Social Impact (SI) is a global development management consulting firm. We provide monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building services to advance development effectiveness. We work across all development sectors including democracy and governance, health and education, the environment, and economic growth. Since 1997 we have worked in over 100 countries for clients such as US government agencies, bilateral donors, multilateral development banks, foundations, and nonprofits. Project Objective: This project works to provide USAID and the Government of Kenya a unified platform and set of tools for monitoring, analyzing, and visualizing supply chain performance and risk by county, facility, and commodity. The project aims to improve accountability for health products as they progress from central warehouses to the end user and enhance the ability of county-level health staff to improve supply chain accountability. Kenya TPM is a two year project ending in June 2023 with the possibility of three additional option years. Position Description: Beginning in March 2022, SI is seeking a full-time MEL Assistant to contribute to the implementation of all monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities for Kenya TPM including research and analysis; program monitoring, evaluation, and assessments; presentation of findings and recommendations; technical assistance; and collaboration and administration.
