- A track record of hitting revenue targets
- Your own prospecting methodology
- Knowledge of the sales pipeline
- Understanding of the buyer’s journey
- KCSE score ‘B’ or higher
- Plays chess
- Owns a laptop (Tarpo runs a ‘bring your own device’ policy)
