Introduction
The role will provide support to manage sourcing activities especially for process and utilities.
Specification
1. Regular reporting on spend vs budget
2. Ensuring all vendor creation documentation is updated and completed, properly stored for easy retrieval
3. Supporting supplier identification prior to tender
4. Liaising with logistics team on importation process for overseas purchases
5. Ensuring all POs are done.
Requirements
1. Degree in procurement/logistics
2. Basic knowledge in procurement processes including international logistics
3. Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint
