Job Description
This role assists a variety of clients telephonically or face to face, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules and operates across many products and processes. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
Provide telephonic and face to face service to customers and intermediaries.
Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards.
Adheres to business, process and compliance rules.
Fully multi-skilled across products and processes.
Has extensive, relevant experience.
May act as mentor to less experienced consultants.
Acts as a suppport person and / or point of escalation for complex and difficult cases / clients.
