The CEO will oversee the development of CIFOR-ICRAF policies, systems, processes and practices, consolidate existing strengths and identify new opportunities and approaches in a dynamically evolving environment to ensure ambitious strategic goals are met.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is assigned corporate-level oversight responsibility for the Company’s business management and operations including strategic level administration, direction and coordination for the company’s activities.
The CEO is responsible for providing strategic direction as well as leadership towards achievement of the Institution’s mission, vision and values in accordance with established policies.
The chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NWWDA will be secretary to the Board of Directors and will also be both the Authorized and Accounting Officer of the Agency and responsible to the Board of Directors for overall execution of day to day activities in the Agency.
The job holder ensures to provide day-to-day leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure efficient and effective implementation of SACCO’s strategic plan.
He/she will be tasked to lead the organization in determining the strategic direction and guiding the execution while ensuring that it maintains profitability with objective of improving customer experience, maintaining great staff experience, and meeting market demands and market expectations.
Will be responsible for providing effective strategic leadership by guiding the operations of the Authority on day to day basis as well as implementing activities in accordance with the Law, Government Regulations and the guidance provided by the Board from time to time.
